Speaking to media, the Baaghi star said, “I have been reading all the messages about Stree from my close friends, family, and my lovely fans. The response is overwhelming, to say the least. Stree is based on a story of a witch, who visits a small town called Chanderi every year for four days during the big pooja festival to attack and abduct men. Rajkummar, who plays the character of a tailor, along with his friends, played by Aparshakti Khurana and Abhishek Banerjee, get trapped by Stree and there begins the entire hullabaloo in the film.
